Pursuant to Standing Order 71 of the Standing Orders of the Dáil and Seanad relative to Private Business, we, the Ceann Comhairle of the Dáil and the Cathaoirleach of the Seanad, jointly appoint Senator Patrick F. O'Reilly to be Chairman of the Joint Committee on the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952.
