Vol. 131 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bonus Share Allocations.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will supply details of all bonus share allocations made to shareholders of public companies registered in Ireland during the years 1951 and 1952.

In the year 1951 eight public companies notified the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of bonus share allotments amounting in the aggregate to £272,478. Details of these cases can be obtained at the office of the registrar, Dublin Castle. No home share allotments have been notified to the registrar during the present year.
