The extension of Glenbeigh water supply to Rossbeigh is primarily a matter for the sanitary authority. No proposal for the extension has been submitted to my Department.
If a proposal is submitted and approved consideration will be given to the extent of State assistance to be made available towards the cost of the work. Such assistance is now given, not by way of grant, but as a contribution towards annual loan charges.
