It is unlikely that a scheme of improved health services, including a mother and child service, will be in operation before the Summer Recess, but consideration of the matter is well advanced.
Can the Minister say if the introduction of the scheme will be delayed until the enactment of amending legislation in connection with the Health Act?
I do not think it is absolutely necessary.
