I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that in April, 1952, they considered the Abbeyknockmoy area for development under the rural electrification scheme. The area was not selected on that occasion as the financial return was not sufficient. The selection of the area will be reconsidered by the board before the end of this calendar year.
