Vol. 134 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Hospital Accommodation for Maternity Cases.

asked the Minister for Health if he will state the number of hospital beds reserved for maternity cases in each county and county borough throughout the State, showing in each case the number of beds that are available in voluntary hospitals and in local authority hospitals.

asked the Minister for Health if he will state what accommodation is available for maternity cases in (a) local authority hospitals, and (b) voluntary hospitals in each county and in the Cities of Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Waterford.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I will take Questions Nos. 28 and 31 together and, as the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, circulate it with the Official Report.
