Vol. 134 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair of Tory Island Pier.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the necessity for repairs to the pier at Tory Island, County Donegal, and if he will have the pier inspected at an early date.

The Deputy's question presumably relates to the pier and slip at Camus More (West Town) which are in the charge of the Commissioners of Public Works for maintenance. An engineering inspection made in May this year and subsequent periodical reports from the local caretaker do not reveal the necessity for any repairs to the pier and slip.
