Vol. 135 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dispossession of Allottees.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in respect of each of the five allottees in County Kildare dispossessed by the Land Commission as set out in reply to a question on the 19th November, 1952, (1) the reason for such dispossession; (2) the period during which the reason operated; (3) the number of warnings issued and the date of the first of these warnings, and (4) the number of visits to the land by an inspector and the date of each such visit.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated in the Official Report.

The statement is as follows:—
