Did the Minister not say on that occasion that he proposed to introduce the legislation envisaged before the end of this session?
Yes.
Is it going to be introduced?
I hope so.
When may we expect to see it?
I hope to introduce it, but I could not promise that it will be circulated before the Dáil adjourns.
