asked the Minister for External Affairs if he will publish a White Paper giving full particulars of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms signed in Rome on the 4th November, 1950, and of the protocol thereto signed at Paris on the 20th March, 1952, and of the provisions relating to the proposed court of human rights.
