Could the Tánaiste say how far the Government have got with the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Bill?
If the Deputy will co-operate with the Government in disposing of the business now before the Dáil it will expedite the appearance and enactment of that Bill.
In other words, an invitation to shut up.
We have not seen it yet.
On the last occasion on which I asked as to the whereabouts of this Bill I was told it was in the hands of the parliamentary draftsman, who was stated to be submerged in work. The parliamentary draftsman has no function in this House in relation to the discussion on the Budget Resolution. So far we have not seen the Bill. We have to see it before we can consider passing it. What has the Tánaiste to say now about the Bill? Surely the Budget discussion is not impeding the parliamentary draftsman from completing the Bill? We were promised this Bill in a fortnight two months ago. I hope the Minister will not become impetuous if I ask him, two months after the promise was made, where is the Bill?

I would like to ask the Tánaiste does he propose to move the writ for Wicklow?

Will the Tánaiste inform his outrider, Deputy Cogan, who heard on Monday what we were going to do in reference to the matter?
