Vol. 139 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Drainage of County Cork Turbary.

asked the Minister for Lands if, in view of the drainage needs of the tenants of turbary at Rossnagrena, Glengarriff, he will have the bog inspected and a scheme put in hand to drain this turbary.

The turbary in question was vested in the tenants as long ago as 1928. The drainage of the bog is not a matter for the Land Commission, and they do not propose to take any action in regard to it.
