Further to my reply to the Deputy's question of 10th March last, revised plans have not yet been submitted for sanction.
Arising out of the Minister's reply, I wonder is it that our officials and engineers are making fools of the urban councillors when they tell us that they have submitted plans to the Department for sanction?
The Deputy has made a statement and has not asked a question. The position is that the Department understands that revised plans are in course of preparation by the architects, but that they are not yet ready for submission to the Department.
