Vol. 139 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Corporation Houses.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that there are serious complaints about the quality of work on new houses built by contractors for the Dublin Corporation; and, if so, if he will arrange, in conjunction with the corporation, to have an inquiry instituted to ascertain if there is any foundation for these serious complaints.

I am not aware of any serious complaint regarding the quality of work on new houses built by contractors for the Dublin Corporation. If the Deputy will furnish details of the specific cases of defective work which he has in mind, I will have the matter referred to the corporation.
