Can the Minister say whether the Bill has yet been printed and whether it is proposed to discuss the contents of the Bill with the Trade Union Congress and somebody representing the employers?

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to consolidate, with amendments, the Factory and Workshop Acts, 1901 to 1920, and other enactments relating to factories and for purposes connected with the purposes aforesaid.
I propose to order the Second Reading for October 20th. That will give everybody plenty of time to make representations.
