asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state the estimated quantities of milk used in manufacturing processes other than creamery butter during each year 1945 to 1953, inclusive, and the user in respect of each, in terms of reply to Question No. 37 of 5th November last.

The following are the particulars requested:—

Note: As regards 1953, as stated in the reply to Question No. 37 on 5th November, 1953, it is not possible to break down the estimated total of 46 million gallons into the quantities to be used for each product.
