asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if the Land Commission intend draining the Stackpoole estate, Doonbeg, County Clare, as tenants who hold turbary on this estate are unable to avail of the turbary due to flooding.

The Land Commission, having fully developed this bog at a cost of £15,000, of which £7,000 was expended on drainage, do not accept responsibility for the carrying out of further improvement works on it.
