Vol. 144 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Arms Importation into Six Counties.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state whether the British police authorities have requested the co-operation of the Garda Síochána in preventing the importation of arms into the Six Counties; whether any such co-operation has been afforded; and, if so, to what extent.

This is the sort of question that it is not in the public interest to answer.

It is quite all right. You will not be there in two months' time to answer.

Mr. Boland

If it is somebody else's job then let them answer.

Now you are saying something.

Mr. Boland

If. It is a big "if."

A Deputy

It will not be long now.

Mr. Boland

Do not be too sure.

Neosfaidh an aimsear.

Mr. Boland

Time will tell.
