I am informed by the E.S.B. that the Kildorrery and Ballindangan areas were not successful when considered in January in conjunction with other areas awaiting development in the board's Cork No. 2 District for development under the rural electrification scheme. The board is unable to state when development is likely to take place but suggests that the prospects of early selection could be improved by an increase in the numbers of householders in the areas willing to take supply.
