asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware of the concern of the residents of the New Road, off Walkinstown Drive, in regard to the recent wave of burglaries in the district; and, if so, if he will take steps to have the Garda patrol in the area strengthened.

The Garda patrol in this area was strengthened some time ago and since then there has been no housebreaking in the vicinity. Special attention is being given to the district.
