The preparation of contract documents for this scheme has been proceeding and in the meantime certain complex technical aspects of the scheme raised in a report of the consulting engineer last December have been under consideration by my engineering advisers. Their recommendations, which will be available in the immediate future, will enable the consultant to complete the contract documents.
Would it be possible to make the recommendations of the engineering advisers available to the consulting engineer so that the work may proceed?
I have just indicated to the Deputy that they will be sent in the very near future.
