Quantitative restrictions on imports of complete sparking plugs, which had been suspended from 1942, were restored in February, 1946, and licences were issued for the importation of 13,651 sparking plugs during the period February to October, 1946. Licences as follows have been issued for successive periods of 12 months ending 31st October:—
