Public Authorities (Judicial Proceedings) Bill, 1954—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide that actions, prosecutions, and proceedings against public authorities shall be subject to the same statutes of limitation as apply to such actions, prosecutions and proceedings against persons acting in their personal capacity. —(The Taoiseach.)
