Following is the reply: I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to him on the 19th April, 1950, in relation to the compilation of these figures generally and for details of the years 1944-45 to 1949-50 inclusive. The corresponding figures for the years 1950-51 to 1953-54 inclusive are as follows:—
