The arrangements for the setting up of an agricultural institute have not yet reached a sufficiently advanced stage to enable me to give a precise reply to the Deputy's question. I might say, however, that the general idea is that the existing institutions catering for higher agricultural teaching and research will, to the extent feasible, initially form part of the agricultural institute.
