asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has received applications from the Limerick County Council and the Limerick Corporation for grants from the National Development Fund, and, if so, if he will give particulars of such applications, and what action he proposes to take in regard to them.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Grant Applications.
Proposals for schemes to be financed from the National Development Fund have been submitted to my Department by the appropriate managers on behalf of the Limerick County Council and Limerick Corporation.
As the particulars the Deputy requires are in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to have them circulated with the Official Report.
As regards the last part of the question, I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by the Minister for Finance to a parliamentary question by Deputy Lemass on the 9th instant.
