asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has received an application from the Kerry County Council for a grant from the National Development Fund to extend the water main from Ballyferriter to the village of Ballincolla, which is in the centre of a Gaeltacht area, and, if so, if he will state (i) what is the present position in the matter, and (ii) whether a full cost grant will be made available.
