It is assumed that the question refers to a proposal for the repair of a road in the townland of Rossmore, County Leitrim, applied for by Thomas Cashin and others. The information available to me it that any traffic on the road by non-residents is on foot only and is not of such an extent as would justify any increase in the rate of grant already offered to the applicants.
