It is only in the case of business coming within the extended jurisdiction of the Circuit and District Courts that new scales of costs were called for. As regards the Circuit Court, Rules of Court have already been made, with my concurrence, prescribing the requisite scales which are now in force. In the case of the District Court, the requisite scales have yet to be prescribed for reasons which I explained when replying to a similar question on the 3rd March.
