Interest payments by the E.S.B. up to the 31st March, 1955, in respect of advances to the board from the Exchequer amounted to £19,380,000, of which £2,051,000 was paid in the financial year 1954-55.
As regards other interest payments, I would refer the Deputy to the accounts of the board, which are presented annually to the Dáil.
