Partially but not substantially assembled receivers are not distinguishable in the import documents from unassembled parts. Particulars of such partially assembled receivers cannot therefore be given.

Partially but not substantially assembled receivers are not distinguishable in the import documents from unassembled parts and particulars of such imports cannot therefore be given. The term "substantially assembled" includes receivers in chassis form.
It is not possible to segregate receivers imported for domestic use from the total imports.
