The grants allocated to Sligo County Council for the execution of works under the Local Authorities (Works) Act in the financial years 1953-54, 1954-55 and 1955-56 amount to £18,500, £21,000 and £21,000, respectively. Final returns of expenditure under the 1954-55 grant have not yet been furnished to the Department.
