I have to inform the Dáil that the following have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the Seventh Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe. The first part of the session will open at Strasbourg on Tuesday, 5th July, 1955.
The representatives chosen are: Deputy Brendan Corish, Minister for Social Welfare; Deputy Gerald Boland, Deputy Mrs. Honor M. Crowley and Senator James Crosbie. The substitutes are Deputy Seán MacBride, Deputy Joseph Brennan, Deputy Declan Costello and Deputy Anthony C. Esmonde.
