I move :—
That a sum not exceeding £22,600 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1956, for contributions to the Council of Europe and the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation and towards certain projects of the United Nations Organisation; and for other expenses in connection therewith.
