Rent Restrictions (Continuance and Amendment) Bill, 1955—First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to continue in operation the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946, and to provide, during its continuance, for lawful additions analogous to those under Section 11, sub-section (2), paragraph (g) and under Section 17, sub-section (2), paragraph (e) of that Act, as modified by the Rent Restrictions (Amendment) Act, 1949.—(Minister for Justice).

Second Stage ordered for 16th November.
