Vol. 153 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Donegal Turbary.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he is now in a position to state when the Land Commission will allocate the turbary plots on the Connolly estate, Ballyshannon.

It is not possible to indicate when the development and allocation of this turbary can be carried out. The bog is not the property of the Land Commission and there are procedural difficulties which, for the present, prevent them from making turbary regulations for it.
