I would refer the Deputy to the very full reply which I made to similar questions on 30th November last.
The negotiations and discussions to which I referred in that reply are proceeding in a spirit of co-operation and goodwill, but some points remain to be settled. I have informed the parties most closely concerned with the operation of the extended services that I propose to have them in operation on 31st of this month.
