The answer to the Deputy's question is in the affirmative, subject to the exclusions specified in the relevant Order.
Will the Minister reconsider this duty in so far as it affects papers published in the Six Counties and circulating in the remainder of the country, because they do deserve special consideration? We should not, by an Order here, exclude papers published in one part of our country from circulating in another.
