It is proposed to take business in the following order: items Nos. 13, 2, 3, 1, 14 and 15. I understand it has been agreed with the Opposition to allow the Minister for Finance to conclude the discussion on the Vote on Account at 8 p.m., when he will be given one hour in which to reply. I also understand that it has been agreed that the Central Fund Bill will be taken and the Minister will be allowed ten minutes to reply.
