asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is aware that serving soldiers, who are tenants of county council cottages in County Dublin, have been refused permission to purchase their cottages although a purchase scheme is available to other tenants, and, if so, if he will expedite the preparation, if necessary, of amending legislation to enable them to do so.
