I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend the Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Act, 1953, so that that Act shall have effect in relation to the local financial years ending on the 31st day of March, 1957, the 31st day of March, 1958 and the 31st day of March, 1959.
