Vol. 157 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dingle Marine Engineering Class.

asked the Minister for Education whether, in view of the fact that the establishment of a class for marine engineering and maintenance in the vocational school, Dingle, would be of great assistance to local fishermen, he will give favourable consideration to the question of establishing such a class.

I am prepared to give favourable consideration to any proposal which County Kerry Vocational Education Committee may make for the establishment in Dingle of a course in the repair and maintenance of marine engines for the benefit of fishermen.
