Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Payment of Housing Grants.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of (a) Dublin City, and (b) the remainder of the State, the number of new housing grants fully paid in each quarter from January, 1954, to date.

The information sought has been compiled in a tabular statement which, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, will be circulated with the Official Report.

The following statement shows in relation to (a) Dublin City and (b) the remainder of the State, the number of grants fully paid in each quarter from January, 1954, to March, 1956, in respect of the erection or purchase of new houses:—
