Vol. 160 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Moore Park Estate, Kilworth (Cork).

asked the Minister for Lands whether negotiations between the Land Commission and the Office of Public Works in relation to the transfer to the Commission of the Moore Park estate, Kilworth, have now concluded, and, if so, when it is intended to proceed with the division of the estate.

The negotiations for the purchase of this estate have reached an advanced stage but a few points affecting existing occupiers still remain to be settled before arrangements to take over the property can be made. Until possession of the lands has been obtained by the Land Commission the preparation of a scheme of allotment cannot be put in hands.
