asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the injustice arising from Section 19 (b) of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1956, whereby a purchaser of a house by means of a loan under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts is required to put down a far more substantial deposit than hitherto, and whether he intends to take action to alleviate this hardship.
