Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Boats Supplied by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in respect of each of the past ten years the number of boats supplied by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara, the ports to which such boats were allotted, and the number allotted to each port.

As the answer is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report.

The following is the statement:—

NUMBERS of new Fishing Boats supplied to Hire Purchase Applicants in the ten-year period ending 31st March, 1957 by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara from 24th April, 1952 and by the Board's predecessor, Irish Sea Fisheries Association, Limited.
