Vol. 161 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Milk Costings Commission.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when he will publish the findings of the Milk Costings Commission.

I have not so far received from the Committee on Milk Production Costs the Report of their Technical Director with the Committee's comments thereon, and I am not therefore in a position to say when it may be published.

Oh dear, dear! I hope Deputy O Briain will not get a weakness.

Deputy Dillon said it was all cod.

In view of the Minister's reply and Deputy O Briain's interjection, I would not consider it is a cod.

Deputy Dillon said it was all cod. I did not say it.

In view of the position of the dairy farmers, would the Minister state when he will publish the findings of this Commission?

I have nothing to add to what I have already said to the Deputy.

I thought the Minister would not have much to add.

I asked that question last year. It is on the record. None of you will put it down this year.
