Vol. 161 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Small Dwellings.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that a large number of contractors in County Dublin who have built houses in good faith for applicants for loans under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts are badly hit by not being able to dispose of them owing to the operation of Section 19 of the Local Government Act, 1956, and, if so, if he will have the matter investigated.

Leave is being sought to-day to introduce a Bill to amend the definition of market value for the purposes of the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts.
