Vol. 162 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dredging of Sligo Harbour.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if, in view of the dangerous condition of Sligo Harbour due to the silting up of the deep water berth, he will take steps to have dredging operations carried out as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the Sligo Harbour Commissioners to maintain Sligo Harbour in a safe and serviceable condition and to carry out any bredging which may become necessary.
