Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to give effect to an agreement between the Government and the Government of the United States of America for the establishment of a scholarship exchange scheme and the utilisation for that purpose of the American Grant Counterpart Special Account, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.—(Minister for External Affairs.)
